RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to return or exchange the product, please keep the product in good condition (ie brand new/unopened/unlisted/undamaged/package and accessories intact), and handle it within the 10-day appreciation period.
Gifts will only be given when the event threshold is reached. If you do not qualify as a gift after you return it, you must return the gift.
Returns/exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Credit card or PayPal refunds can take up to 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact the customer service below to start the return and exchange.
If you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us instead of requesting a return.

Items purchased on our site at full price are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items for sale can only be used for store credit and we must receive them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and all original labels must be returned.
We will provide prepaid UPS return labels for domestic returns requested within 30 days of purchase. A $7 processing fee will be deducted from all returns using the return label provided. All returns for store members will be processed free of charge.
All international returns must be sent back to us at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to create international return labels.
If the total refund is $500 or more, 10% of the purchase will be charged.
Any other personal products at the time of purchase are final and cannot be returned.
Clearance items are final clearance items and cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimming trunks cannot be returned.
All shoes must be returned to the box intact and without any postage labels. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be deducted a $10 box replacement fee.
Damaged and incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.
If the defective item is received unused, unwashed and with all original labels, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund within 7 days of notification.
If the product you received is not the product information you ordered, or the product is not qualified. We will replace it for you free of charge.
If the product you received matches your order, for example the size does not fit. Asia Pacific regions such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Philippines need to pay a handling fee of about $10.
· How to cancel an order
To cancel the order, you need to send an email to the after-sales service center and explain the relevant reasons. The content of the email should state your order number, name and phone number.
